It’s definitely not easy, as she knew everything there was to do about her profession, but nothing about marketing or owning the business. She was a little overwhelmed with all the choices she had, and which one she should spend her budget on.
I worked with her to understand how her previous clinics acquired patients, as well as explore different avenues of advertising.
